Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VPNGS uses when you browse the website, manage an account, subscribe to international routes or contact support, and how that information is used, retained and accessed. The user panel is part of the account service and is also covered by this policy. Third-party payment services have their own policies.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The username identifies the account. The password is stored as a one-way verification value to authenticate logins. Do not include unrelated personal information in your username, or send passwords or full subscription URLs in support tickets.

VPNGS stores plan selections, order numbers, amounts, payment status, subscription status and summarized data usage to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, calculate allowances and process refunds. Support ticket content submitted by users is used only to respond to requests, investigate issues and follow up as needed.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNGS follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, destination URLs or communications transmitted through its routes. It does not create browsing histories that could be used to reconstruct user activity.

Connection sessions require temporary processing of session status for authentication and data forwarding. This status is released when a session ends and is not retained as a persistent connection log. VPNGS does not persistently store source addresses, destination addresses or detailed connection times that can be linked to an account. Account-level data usage summaries are used to calculate allowances and do not include specific destinations. Aggregated route operations data is used for maintenance, not to build individual browsing profiles.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help VPNGS understand page visits, referral categories and entry-point clicks, and assess whether content and user flows are working smoothly. Analytics do not collect browsing content transmitted through routes. Do not enter sensitive information such as passwords in URL parameters or forms.

Cookies and local storage maintain essential session status, save language preferences and store panel login credentials. Login credentials identify the signed-in account, so keep the device you use secure. Signing out ends the current session; you can also clear site storage in your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again or select your preferences. This does not automatically delete account or order data on the server.

Payment Processing and Necessary Disclosures

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party provider processes payments. VPNGS receives only necessary information, such as order matching details, amounts and payment results, to confirm service delivery or process refunds. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to support. Third-party handling of payment information is governed by each provider's own policies.

VPNGS does not sell personal information. Information is processed or disclosed only as needed to deliver the service, at a user's explicit request or as required by applicable law. When information is processed jointly, its scope and purpose of use are limited.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained for the period required for settlement, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and analytics are kept only as long as needed to resolve a request or complete analysis. They are deleted or de-identified when that purpose ends; not all data is kept indefinitely.

Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account data through panel support tickets, specifying the scope of the request. VPNGS verifies account ownership to prevent unauthorized requests. Deletion may affect login access and subscription delivery. Records that must be retained by law or because of unresolved matters will have their use restricted. Data marked for deletion in backups is cleared through normal backup rotation and is no longer used for day-to-day service.

Policy Updates and Questions

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be revised. Important changes to data use or user rights will be explained in an on-site notice. Any new processing that requires authorization will begin only after the relevant authorization is obtained. Submit questions about this policy or data requests through a panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for rules governing use of the service.
