Route selection and troubleshooting

Compare regions, route types and use cases.

Choose a route based on the full connection path

Start with the target service’s regional requirements, then compare your local network and time of use across IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes and direct connections. Protocol names describe connection methods; on their own, they don’t determine speed or reliability. Test streaming, meetings and AI tools separately.

Troubleshooting with the right details

If a connection fails, first check your plan status, subscription updates and client permissions, then switch routes to see how widespread the issue is. If it persists, submit a support ticket through the dashboard with the platform, route name, time of the issue and error message so support can follow the same troubleshooting steps.

Privacy and subscription terms

VPNGS follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Data collection is limited to what’s needed for accounts, subscription delivery and troubleshooting. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. When submitting a support ticket, don’t include your password, full subscription URL or other access credentials.

Subscription terms depend on how you use the service: monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain valid until used and never expire. VPNGS offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details on usage limits and data handling.
